Please make payment immediately using your selected payment method. Ensure not to go back to the previous page, delete the page or refresh the page at any point. Your payments may not sync on our server, which would result in a cancellation of your order.
There are a few reasons why this could have happened.
- Your connection may have dropped while making payment
- Your card may have been rejected
- There was a session timeout
If your order is cancelled but payment was made, email us at care@lulabelle.com.my with a screenshot of the payment transaction. We would love to assist you from there!
