Kindly contact us at care@lulabelle.com.my or PM our Instagram (Lulabelle) with a snapshot of the defect or incorrect piece and we will reply you ASAP. Return and exchange have to be done within 7 days upon item received.

• All replacements for incorrect/ defective item received are free and will be proceed once we received the returned parcel.
• All items must be returned in their original condition(unwashed, unworn and unaltered). Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.
• Replacement is only for the same design in same color and size.
• For item which is out of stock, we will refund in term of store credit which you may utilize it to purchase other available items.
• Store credit voucher can only be used once, and must be redeemed within 60 days from the date of issued.
• No cash refund is allowed.

• Please note that a RM8(West Malaysia)/ RM15(East Malaysia) handling fee will be charged for item which incurred in exchanging sizes.
• Exchange is only for the same design in same color.
• An exchange will be carried out if the item comes in sizes, and only if the size you would like to exchange is available.

• Free size/ one size/ sales items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.
• If color runs/ fades due to incorrect washing method/ soaked, item is strictly not returnable and exchangeable.
• Color may varies due to monitor resolution and studio lighting used. Please allow 20% of color variation, it may appear darker or lighter.  Color variation is strictly not returnable and exchangeable.
• Discrepancy in measurement of 1cm-3cm will not be considered as a defect.
