We understand that getting your purchased orders quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as we can. To ensure prompt delivery, kindly ensure that you provide us with an accurate shipping address, contact number and email address. Failure to do so may risk our courier service being unable to deliver in a timely and prompt manner.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 working days after payment is received. You can expect your package to arrive within 3-7 business days.
We want you to love what you ordered! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange items purchased online or in our stores within 30 days of the purchase date. Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Sale or discounted items are final sale unless otherwise specified.
Initiate a Return: Email us at care@lulabelle.com.my within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Confirmation: Wait for our response and confirmation before proceeding with the return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

At Lulabelle Sdn Bhd, we provide free shipping when your order is over RM100 (West Malaysia) and RM150 (East Malaysia). Order which is below RM100 (West Malaysia) and RM150 (East Malaysia) will be charged RM8 and RM15 shipping fee respectively.
We apologize that shipping fee is calculated per order basis, we couldn’t waive the shipping fee for combination of multiple orders.
